The absolute foremost issue on every gamer's mind in light of the XB360 is MOUSE EFFING CONTROL! Why in the world doesn't NE1 understand that the 2 most popular game genres played on the internet with PC's are FPS and MMORPG. Both of which can only truely be enjoyed with the proper control... achieved only by using a mouse and keyboard. The XB360 will not be a failure because it doesn't have a mouse, but I can tell you that it's popularity would increase X 100 if it does. PC hardware is expensive, and many gamers have already suffered under as many as 3 expensive upgrades in anticipation of the lackluster games of 2004 (Doom3, HalfLife2, FarCry) I know I personally did 2 upgrades and the games still don't run optimally. Now there is a new generation of even more demanding games that will require more expensive hardware that still varies from machine to machine creating an uneven advantage for some regardless. XB360 is a perfect fit for 1)Evening the odds 2) Reducing hardware cost 3) Expanding the game communities.
Central to all of these things is the MOUSE and KEYBOARD! They are a MUST!
Please Microsoft, Please give us mouse control! I don't want to have to use some crappy third-party add-on adapter!
