I can rest easier having read the comments on the music for FFVIII. I was beginning to think I was the only one that found FFVIII so emotional. I cried like a baby during "eyes on me" on the spaceship. Never had a single moment in a video game affected me so much. It was heart wrenching and beautiful at the same time. But no one I know could appreciate the storyline or the theme of love enough to even play the game so I started wondering if that moment had the same affect on others because I never thought a game would bring me to tears like that. My jaw dropped and my heart sank a few times in FFVII and VIII but "eyes on me" with Squall and Rinoa stands alone.
