I finally saw it tonight, and the show had its momements, both good and stupid. Besides the mime, I enjoyed the cops bike being stolen and the "You collect baby clothes?" sequence. I like the concept and I agree it has potential, but for some reason I don't think it will ever reach it.
Isn't Officer Waggle the lead actress from that horrible 'Strangers With Candy' crap fest?
