How can you argue with logic like that?
First, TWW is NOT GC's top selling game. Melee is. In fact, even Mario Sunshine and MK:DD have outsold TWW.
Here are some PS2 games that have outsold even Melee: Gran Turismo 3, MGS2 (and GTA3/VC). Now add in some that beat TWW: FFX, Kingdom Hearts, Jak & Daxter, Max Payne. And I didn't even list multi-console games like Madden and THPS (but more PS2's have been sold than GC's).
The problem is the 3rd party games GC does get are in general vastly inferior to the version on PS2/Xbox (the only exceptions being SC2 and TS2). Control, graphics, online abilities, whatever; until Nintendo can 'fix' that, PS2 and it's 3rd parties will have a leg-up on Nintendo.
