Okay, first of all, you're saying it sucks for all the wrong reasons, they are very minor.
The game doesn't suck, but it isn't Resident Evil.
It's a bastardization of the series, and was a big disappointment to me. If it was called something else, I might have enjoyed it, but since Capcom decided to sell out and turn it into another mindless shooting game, I'm starting to feel uneasy about the future RE games. I played the orinal game when it was first released, I know what made the game great, now we have all these idiots who have never played RE before saying 'I AM THE GOD AT ALL RE GAMES ROFLMAO 1337 H@XX0rZ!!!1".
I played through the game, and was thouroughly disgusted that Capcom tore out everything that made the game what it was, and turned it into Splinter Cell with monsters (shooting games are WAY overrated.). This is a moral complaint, the game is just fine, but Capcom turned RE into another shooter game to make a quick buck. (Just like Halo)
The original point of the RE series was to scare, but I wasn't scared once while playing through RE4, it was truly a disgrace to the series (I usually go through the game without killing things, and just go for the sheer thrill, not the mindless shooting and gore.). So if Capcom is going to take a perfectly good series, and make it just like every other shooter game, many are going to disown the series... I always have Silent Hill, which at this point I have more respect for than RE. At least Konami didn't sell out like a bunch of low-lives.
And if you don't like what I have to say, you can kiss my ass.
