| I WAS THE ONE THAT MADE IT BACONS. Either that or I said "Kevin Bacons?" It was so long ago, I just don't remember. |

I didn't say you didn't come up with bacons Hybrid. Though I guess I didn't say you did either... hmm. Though I don't recall who first said bacon, that might of been you too.
One thing I know fo sure, it wasn't GreenDay. He just became the definition of the word through years of hard work... |

| Yeah, sorry for the delay with my post on the site (and this one as well). I just never realized this thread. Oh, and thanks for the clarification! =P |

First posts go here, ok...umm...hi everyone!
Comments about the boards...yes, this is very nice, but I think my analysis is misplaced because this is the first board I ever signed up on.
I know I signed up in May, but I never had the courage to post any comments. |

uve made a wise decision my friend Rini. You have just taken your first step into a much larger world. Your courage will be rewarded with..
Wacky topics about soda thats gone on for way too long, and frequent jabs at overweight Irish men. Enjoy! |

What a nice welcome Conn. Just don't forget there are forums other than Bacons. Rini continues the old tradition of "recruiting" people off PSO as bone and I used to play online with her early this year. It's good to see you posting!
There must be some way to find out who first said bacon... |

Wait... what? I played what now? I don't recall as such... oh wait. It's coming back to me. Ah, those are what I call the "good but no so old" days. I think. Though this name doesn't ring a bell. Not that means anything, I'm bad with names. I can remember people's eye color than I can their name. Sad but true...
And always happy to clarify trivial pieces of information. |

Thank you for the welcome, I appreciate it very much.
As far as PSO goes, I played as Valerie Tyr. This should clear up some of the confusion.
Oh, and I did try to recruit people online, but they didn't seem very interested. |

Ah, I know that name. So hello again and welcome!
It doesn't clear up all the confusion though. I still have no clue what Conn is talking about when he said "frequent jabs at overweight Irish men". Huh? |

Klam maybe?
I'm a little curious...are you still playing PSO Val/Rini? At one point I considered going back, but then about 80 million games "dropped" this fall/winter and that idea was out of the question. However, we should hopefully get some solid info on Phantasy Star Universe this E3 and I'll definately be on board for that one. I'm secretly hoping it doesn't utilize some kind of headset for the sake of all the little kids and item moochers. |

| No, I don't play anymore. I've gotten too busy once school started again. That, and the overall population of Ep 3 had died, there wasn't many people to battle. |

When did you stop playing? Is PSO1&2 just as dead? And exactly how dead was it? I mean was even Vega 1-1 a ghost town making even a simple tournament full of COMs? So many pointless questions... Not sure why I'm asking, just wondering how much fun I missed out on I guess:) Well that and wondering maybe if there was any chance I could unload this now useless keyboard and adapter...
Yes, I think fun is the word I'm looking for... |

I don't mind answering pointless questions. I know when my HL expired, it was on September 11th. So I've been off for 2 months. Everyone was going back to ep 1 and 2, I think all the fsoding made people quit Ep 3. Yes, there were Tounaments filled with coms only, maybe a human or 2, if you were lucky!
But still, even after you and Mr Bot left, I still had lots of fun, I got Valerie to level 39 with the rank Lord. I do miss playing and yesterday I heard that the population is slowly coming back and that they are having a festival to celebrate the anniversary of the release of ep 3.
Maybe I should play, for just a month. |

Hey, is that the cat from azumanga daio?
Err anyways, september huh? So that was like 8 months...longer than any PSO has lasted me. Though collectively PSO has probably taken over a year out of my life since the first one on DC. As much as I'd like to go back, I know the experience won't be as fun with less people around and so many good games came out these past few months.
Now a festival for PSO already seems a little odd. I'm pretty sure ep3 came out in February, but maybe I'm wrong. I wonder when that last promotional card offer was. I wonder how pso-world.com is doing...
Hmm, I just realized the Nbrid welcome message has turned into a discussion about PSO. Maybe bone should revive that old PSO thread. Im definately not lookin for it... |
