Some schleb kid and his welfare mom was in Gamestop the other day when I was looking for a PC Mic (Surprise surprise they tell me check Radio Shack) and this kid asked me to buy him a game. The shock wore off rather quickly for what he said, and his mother looked at me like she approved of the situation.
I looked at her, then at the kid, and noticed both were obese. I gave his head a tussle, and said "What's the matter, no money for a PSP?" He said no, he only wanted a game. "Would you like a PSP instead?" He said yes rather excitedly. I told him to sell drugs and walked away. His mother yelled something at me but I was too busy wishing Lou Gehrig's disease on her to notice. |

See now I wish I could tell kids to sell drugs...well I have said some pretty cruel things that the kids never realized. I did tell one kid he could never work at gamestop because he was fat.
Wait, you touched the kid? |

This is priceless... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bm9qIc4pGlk
Two things:
He did make a good choice selling that lady a PS2.
I never thought I'd say it, but fuck Zelda. I hope she fucking dies. Not only was that retarded and annoying, but I'd go so far as to call it racist... |

I thought I'd post this story about GameStop cracking down on slav... err, employees who blab privledged information all over The Internet as a warning. We don't want our resident source getting fired.

Though if anyone has any ideas on how I can get fired, I'm open for suggestions. |

Interesting (and long) interview with people who work at a game store: click here dumbass
I skimmed it and wondered if anyone around here was apart of this when I read:
| Quote: | | I hate to admit it, but I loved acting like a pretentious asshat and talking down to people, too. |
But then I don't think people around here would hate to admit it... |

Hey, I'm a nice guy...
The other day these 2 kids were talking really loudly and not buying anything for about an hour. Eventually I had nothing (much) to do and butted in on their "conversation." I told the kid that our Wii was INDEED on and he just couldn't handle all the hi def graphics. He's like YES I CAN! So I said "I bet you couldn't stare at that screen for 5 minutes...go do it!" He did...and then he eventually lost interest and walked away. I yelled at him saying he couldn't handle it for TEN minutes and if he did, I would give him a prize.
Essentially I was giving a customer time-out. He went back to it until his dad picked him up. The best part was that he kept saying he couldn't leave yet because he was going to get a prize |
