Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. It was invented as a coy way of branding officially licensed games and products, with the misconception being that "these games are good," even though the literal interpretation was that "these games will work with your Nintendo." Every game licensed for Nintendo's consoles has the seal. They've since dropped the "of quality," however, and now its just the official seal. Which means nothing more than that the game you're buying isn't a third-rate Korean bootleg. |

Look at the list of games IGN has review so far this month... when DBZ is your highest ranking game, wow...

These games are hilarious, I cant tell though if I'm laughing because its funny or sad... though I guess Nintendo is making a shit load of cash off it. But they could be even without this crap. And recall what killed the Atari...
